Why we exist
Monash Care Group was founded on a simple belief — that every NDIS participant deserves support that feels genuine, respectful and empowering.
We saw too many participants treated like numbers on a roster by large corporate providers. We knew we could do better. So we built a service that puts the person first, every time.
Today we support participants across Melbourne with a hand-picked team of experienced support workers, allied health professionals and coordinators who share one mission: helping people live independently and achieve their goals.
